How do I update my profile or add new services?

Log in through your Provider Portal and submit a “Profile Update Request.” Our support team will review and apply changes within 24–48 hours.

When do I receive new booking notifications?

You’ll receive an email notification each time a client books your service through EldersTree. This includes appointment details and contact information.

How will I get paid for completed sessions?

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect or PayPal within 3–5 business days after your completed session. You’ll receive a payment confirmation email once funds are sent.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you must cancel or reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation email or contact support immediately. We’ll help update your schedule and notify the client.

Can I access training or resources anytime?

Yes! All training videos, help guides, and policies are available 24/7 on this page and will be updated as new features launch.
